(3) Dualrays‘ website and catalogue will post our exclusive agent‘s related information.
(4) Dualrays is not allowed to sell to the exclusive area directly or indirectly.
(5) The price list for the exclusive agent will be among the lowest in that area, and details will be revealed in the contract. And the exclusive agent could offer constructive suggestions on price defining. The inquiries you got from your local area will be dealt with directly, while Dualrays will deal with the mass order inquiries (above 150000USD) directly. And we will keep the agent informed, and assure to grant the agent 2% commission after the order placed in our company.
